It’s always good to do a refresher course…
It doesn’t matter how long you have been in business, it will always stand you in good stead to fill your knowledge gaps & avail of the many courses that are available through local colleges (see below) and through organisations such as Women in Business NI.
Although I am a Certified Management Consultant, I was glad to avail of the opportunity to do a FULLY FUNDED refresher course through my local college, (SERC). I was awarded the CMI L5 Award in Management and Leadership by successfully completing Unit 515 Creating and Delivering Operational Plans.
