I’ve decided this year that my summer will be spent at home & I am therefore setting myself, & potentially you, an 8 week challenge!
My 6 Steps to Business Success programme has been simmering away & has been delivered in-person a number of times, HOWEVER, this summer I am going to offer it online, one morning a week, over July & August culminating in the final 2 weeks with 1-1 mentoring to discuss YOUR particular business needs.
So, who is it for?
💡 Anyone who has a great idea, (probably have had it for a while?), who has 3 hours a week available to them over the summer months
🌱 Entrepreneurs who either haven’t yet started, or who have very tentatively started their business
🕜 Those who don’t want to wait on, or can’t make the time to attend other available courses, due to work/other commitments (although I will signpost you to all that’s available!)
⚡Someone who recognises “opportunity cost” in that time is money & so the sooner you get started, the better!
🧑🎓 Students (over 16’s)who want to broaden their Business Studies knowledge (or even start their own business! )

How does it work –
There are 6 modules that cover;
🕴 Personal Development – with a focus on making you the best business owner you can be
🔍 Market research – The foundation on which every great business is built!
🗯️ Marketing Planning – Developing a marketing plan to reach the people that matter! (We also use AI)
£ Finance – Even though this is potentially the ‘less exciting’ topic we look at cashflow, profit & loss, HRMC & assess Viability, Sustainability, & Profitability!
💢 Legal & Operations / Systems & Processes – to ensure your legal compliance
➡️ Business & Action planning – To ensure that you know where the business is going!
2 hours of 1-1 mentoring scheduled to suit you, concludes the programme!
