This business development programme is targeted primarily at pre-start or early-stage businesses who are looking for a solid grounding in the key aspects of how to start & operate a business in Northern Ireland.
Designed & delivered by Rosemary Morrison, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Fellow of The Institute of Marketing (FCIM). Rosemary established “Directus” in 2002, since then, she has assisted thousands of entrepreneurs to either start or grow their business.

About Rosemary
A delivery partner/trainer for many key organisations over the last 20 years, (including Invest NI, Women in Business NI, local Councils & Local Enterprise Agencies), she is currently involved in the delivery of WIB’s ‘Explore It’ programme, as well as East Belfast Enterprise’s, ‘Feel Good with Food’, & Belfast City Council’s Programme, “Pathway to Enterprise.. She has also recently designed training materials & delivered Belfast Met’s OCN Level 3 in Business Development Skills.
